2nd Chance Archery is an authorized Hoyt Archery Dealer, specializing in custom bow builds and tunes, custom arrow work, and top notch archery service and education. 2nd Chance Archery is owned and operated by Father Son team, Jeff and Max Dixon. Jeff is a bowhunter at heart, with over 40 years experience in compound archery and bowhunting. Max, Jeff's son, learned beside Jeff from a young age, accumulating thousands of hours of experience including a factory certification from Hoyt Archery.

We offer a one of a kind customer experience, not found in many shops. After decades of being a consumer, Jeff, with a background in customer service, developed a one-on-one fitting and education proccess. This process ensures that archers and bowhunters of all calibers have an experience tiered specifically to their needs and demands.

In addition to our one of a kind fitting process, 2nd Chance Archery also offers custom arrows built through a process developed with science and years of research. Each arrow undergoes a rigorous testing process that ensures the tightest tolerances across your entire quiver for when that special times comes. We can also make them look pretty cool too, who wants boring arrows?

At the end of the day, Jeff and Max are die hard bowhunters, who are in this for bowhunters. No one should have to "hope" that their set up will get the job done. At 2nd Chance Archery, our mission is to help build confidence in your shooting ability, and to build trust between hunter and bow.
